דרישות
● B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
● 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer with strong programming skills in Node.js, Python, or similar backend languages, building and operating complex, large-scale systems in cloud environments
● Strong system design skills and ability to translate product ideas into scalable architecture
● Experience building AI-powered systems using LLMs and agent frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
● Experience designing automated workflows or tool-based AI systems that interact with APIs and external services
● Strong analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills
● Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, explore new technologies quickly, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
● High level of English
