COPERATO A leading software company in the telecommunication industry based in Haifa, is looking for a Junior Fullstack Developer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building robust web applications. You'll work across our entire tech stack, contributing to both frontend and backend development while leveraging modern AI-powered development tools to amplify your productivity.

• 2-3 years of professional development experience
• Strong proficiency in PHP and Node.js
• Frontend experience with React and/or Vue.js
• Solid understanding of MySQL database design and optimization
• Experience with or strong interest in AI-powered coding tools (Claude Code)
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web architecture
• Version control with Git
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Nice to Have)
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest, etc.) (Nice to Have)
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP) (Nice to Have)
• Flexible – You adapt quickly to changing priorities and aren't afraid to work across different parts of the stack
• Curious – You love learning new technologies and aren't satisfied with just making things work; you want to understand why they work

• Build and maintain full-stack web applications using PHP, Node.js, React, and Vue.js
• Design and optimize MySQL database schemas and queries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features from concept to production
• Leverage AI coding tools (especially Claude Code) to accelerate development and solve complex problems
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development practices
• Take ownership of features and see them through to completion
