Shutaf, a Jerusalem nonprofit creating inclusive programs for children and teens of all abilities, is looking for a creative, organized, and enthusiastic Communications & Development Associate to join our team. This is an opportunity to play an important role in telling Shutaf's story, engaging our community, and supporting our fundraising efforts.

• Has excellent written and verbal English and Hebrew
• Ability to translate English/Hebrew
• Proficient in Canva and Mailchimp
• Can manage multiple projects and deadlines
• detailed oriented, organized and team player

• Write and distribute newsletters, donor updates, and thank-you communications
• Develop and help manage online crowdfunding and fundraising campaigns
• Create and manage social media content
• Design communications and promotional materials using Canva
• Support donor and development communications
• Help ensure a consistent Shutaf voice and visual identity across communications
