• Strong hands-on performance marketing background
• Deep understanding of Meta and Google Ads
• Strong analytical skills and business thinking
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluent English
• Proactive mindset and strong ownership
• Someone who pushes things forward rather than waits for instructions
