I need a CTO (Chief Technology Officer) for an Ecommerce company in Tel Aviv. This is a rewarding full-time and on-site position with extremely high salary and great additional benefits. ● 4+ years of proven tech leadership experience (e.g., CTO, Head of R&D, or Director of Engineering) within high-volume B2C, Ecommerce, or marketplace environments.
● Strong architectural core with deep, up-to-date knowledge of modern cloud environments (AWS/GCP), microservices, and API-driven architectures.
● AI-forward mindset with a practical understanding of AI/ML trends and how to implement them to solve real-world product and data challenges.
● Exceptional communication skills with the ability to easily translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and inspire engineering teams.
● Business-savvy, execution-oriented approach with a track record of delivering complex technical projects under tight deadlines while keeping systems clean and scalable.

● Drive the architectural vision and lead the gradual consolidation of diverse multi-product platforms into a scalable, unified, and modern infrastructure.
● Actively introduce GenAI, smart search, and advanced personalization across the digital properties to transform user experiences and optimize B2B/B2C funnels.
● Own the technical roadmap for both high-traffic consumer sites and core underlying back-office systems, including Data, Billing, and CRM.
● Manage, mentor, and inspire the tech division, fostering a fast-paced, high-ownership R&D culture focused on cloud optimization, maximum performance, and high uptime.
