Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, or Customer Service
Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities
Looking for a candidate with a background in economics (economics degree is an advantage), strong numerical skills, and proficiency in computers and technology
Must be comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data
Demonstrated experience in managing cloud costs and optimizing financial spending
