We are looking for a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary business contact for strategic clients and ensure their satisfaction and growth. The position is based in Rehovot.

• Chinese speaking - a MUST!
• Client Management experience in a performance marketing company - an advantage.
• Experience with B2B international clients.
• Service-oriented, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• B.A. in Business Management/Communications/Economy - an advantage.

• Build customer relationships and act as the main contact post-sales.
• Manage and optimize client campaigns and budgets.
• Ensure successful delivery of services according to client needs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Client teams to meet client KPIs.
• Seek new business and account growth opportunities.
