A well-established and growing technology and projects company, one of Israel’s leading CRM organizations, is looking for a Senior Salesforce Department Manager to lead a large-scale delivery unit combining people management, business ownership and financial responsibility. Location: Ramat HaHayal, Tel Aviv
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days from the office, 2 days from home Why Join Us?
– Large-scale and complex Salesforce projects

– New leadership position created due to business growth and new projects Key Responsibilities:
– Full P&L ownership and responsibility for the unit’s business and financial performance
– Management of approximately 30 employees, including professional teams and mid-level managers
– End-to-end leadership of complex Salesforce projects
– Ownership of delivery, budgets, work plans, KPIs and customer satisfaction
– Identification of business opportunities and expansion of existing customer activity
– Participation in Presale processes, proposals and tenders
– Leading Salesforce solutions and continuous improvement of delivery methodologies
דרישות
– Significant hands-on knowledge and experience in Salesforce – Mandatory
– Proven experience managing a P&L unit – Mandatory
– Experience managing professional teams of at least 15 employees – Mandatory
– Experience managing complex projects, budgets, timelines and resources – Mandatory
– Deep understanding of Salesforce products and implementation methodologies – Mandatory
– Strong business and strategic orientation – Mandatory
