A leading Construction Group is seeking a Company Controller. This pivotal role involves more than just financial reporting; it requires a proactive leader to drive financial strategy and management. The Controller will be instrumental in managing cash flow, ensuring IFRS compliance, and overseeing the financial health of the company.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar financial controller role
• Proven experience in team management
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills

• Lead and manage all financial reporting and accounting operations
• Oversee cash flow management and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and other relevant financial regulations
• Manage and mentor the finance team
